If you are a new comer to this company we will cherish. Because you will get opportunity to experiment with equipment if you are little more enthusiastic. They offer industry level salary at base level.

Company is highly democratic, lower rank stuff many times disobey the instructions. They only obey instructions of head of the account department 3. You didn't promoted because of your work. Salary on time, job security, early bonus, medical facility for parents as well, children education assist upto 2 children, leaves, descent increment around 10% every year, opportunity to learn site related job as company dont restrict you in your work area.

12 hrs working, have to work sunday half day as well, no corporate mindset of management, If you are living as a single fellow then its fine as you can be transferred to other sites any time as per company requirement, have to deal with some uneducated manager.

Everything. You will feel you are in a cage. They will force to work 12 hr even more. Accomodation is worst for UP and MP side but good at CG. So called seniors and manager will treat you like ragging in college. Management is worst. Don't fall in the trap of hr or md voice.

No corporate work culture, seniors treats you like college freshie. you feel like you're going through ragging. No respect for technical staffs, non technical staffs give you orders as they are working in this company for many years. Work hours sometimes exceeds 12-13hrs without any overtime, no leaves on Sundays (you have to go for half time). The salary increment is also less 2k-3k annually.
