Really negative company culture and no work ethics in company, working for a long time here but no and single financial growth. No balance between work and personal life. 12 or more than 12 hours duty sometimes. No acknowledgement and no credit for good work. Managements and sinior management have very bad influence on other staff. Mostly higher management treats us very poorly and using abusive words unnecessary.
