No work life balance and 6 days working a week Top management are inefficient specially partners and lack proper knowledge or decision making ability. The partner instead of addressing important issues will look into petty stuffs such as how many tea cups are you drinking, charging for extra stationery, conveyance charges, who is frequently touching AC etc Leaves are not easily available.
