The senior management is very helpful and understanding, and whatever conversation I had with top management, I would feel that they genuinely tried to listen.

I guess the managers are working under a lot of pressure, some of them, not all perhaps, but the ones I worked under was very grumpy and I felt a lot of unnecessary pressure while working. If I lack in skill, they could advise me where I can improve and upskill, but instead the frowning faces just didn't make sense. However I am glad Top management is very considerate.

Partner used abusive language. Policy may change between morning and evening. Managers are just doing time pass. Except few, all are useless. No infrastructure, no facilities, Very low salary in comparison to industry. Do not waste ur life here.
