I have to mention my audit manager Mr subhendu das , please don't take other employees conveyance, I left the job on August 2023 but when I say please give me the conveyance which I ended on March , he says you can't give notice period, but my training period is ended on December 2022 , how can I get the notice period, he totally spoiled the company environment

1.Like the Behavior of higher Authority who is Mr. Sandip Agarawal, he is a really qualified guy and he is having a good & positive relation with the field of Audit. 2. Vivek Sir having good tendency to update of knowledge,Hemant Sir is also a good person. Mr. S.K.Agrawal is a good human being and kind hearted the company is standing now a position only for his effort from a long.

The real estate audit is running so poor and commercial knowledge should be updated,the people like Suvankar Dash is too much boring and they have no proper knowledge even they present copy paste report for a long and the financial,Managerial skill is about to null.Suvankar is not a CA and he is representing the company which shouldn't done as per my knowledge and as per my knowledge the company should update their real estate team from top to toe for better growth. Worst HR policy. Sandwich policy is a draconian kind of policy. Do time pass on every working Saturdays but will not be allowed to leave office. HR is a puppet of partners. They don't trust employees and do micro management regarding resources.

In real estate Suvonkor Bhaiya have no manging capacity & only he focused on our reimbursement amount,I have lost somany reimbursement from his side.Due to this I have marked one star only.Shuvonkor Bhaiya cannot train us.He is the only for him company's mane is going lower. Apart from I hadn't learn anything from Sarat Bhaiya,he acts like very high but no good suggesion found from him that's why I left the firm and joined Jajodia & Co.
