The culture of people first promoted by the company is not just words, but implemented through the policies as well. Despite being in a high stakes business, the overall atmosphere and work environment is very people friendly. Benefits for wfh, special allowances, covid support, maternity considerations, and more is quite ahead of the curve. Compensation is at par with industry standards and work flexibility is respected. Like most big corporates growth is slow and legacy mindset about career development exists in some quarters. Although there's been a management effort to change that, the trickle down effect is slow.
