In the past few months, the company has done excessive cost cutting which has resulted in high no. of individuals leaving the organisation. The team structure is highly dependent on the team leads. So, all appraisal and other improvements are handed by the TLs itself which ultimately leads to partiality and incompetencies. Ahmedabadlocation is a bit unhealthy for outstation candidates.
