The fact that you work with Pradip Seth. He’s so good that he could raise 2 million usd from Jito using his failed Company

Dislikes

Can do a PhD about dislikes. But the idea and company has failed. The whole world can see it except Pradip who thinks he’s better than Steve jobs. Well even an unpadh gawar from Bihar is smarter than Mr Seth after seeing the p&l of an essentially useless company called S-ancial

I wish there could be something but there is s-ancially nothing.

Where to begin? The company is run by dumb and dumber, Shailu and his chela Pradip. The only thing they are good at is writing fake positive reviews on Glassdoor and Google and then responding to those review themselves with a thank you. If the review is negative, a joke of an FIR will be filed but it’s a waste of paper and ink just like the company itself.

As the former AVP, I’d like to say that S-ancial is a essentially useless. No clients, no pay and no substance. The founder is joke and is running nothing but a glorified graphics designing company. The employees now have babaji ka thullu.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
