Before it was better, principal was less stressed out and more approachable, now because of the vague hierarchy, getting anything done results in disaster.

Dislikes

1. No staffroom, no benches or chairs in the whole premises for the teachers. Corrections, attendance updation and other things are expected to be done standing while handling the class. 2. Absolutely rude section heads- from making you work even at 10.00 pm over something 'important' or 'urgent'. How dare you, I will ruin your life and such comments accompanied in the daily conversation with the teachers. Words like imbecile, impotent in handling children are the feedback given. 3. Even if you are ready to pay do not expect even a cup of tea if you are a teacher, for section heads and higher authority the refreshment keeps coming more than twice a day. 4. You are left alone with your work load without guidance the section heads would ask you to go to the experienced teacher and of course they too have their workload so you will find yourself lost and the job not done will be your fault. 5. No planning, no execution, though the yearly planner is shared by the CO you will find literally everything last minute and be ready to be the scapegoat 6. Timings are 8.30 am to 3.30 pm but you will never find yourself moving out at 3.30 or even 4! Any school event,planning or executing you are stuck before or after the timeframe. 7. The culture, infrastructure ( to an extent ) & the scale ( grandeur ) at which functions take place. The assemblies are captivating, vibrant, lively & one of its kind. Variety of activities take place & various days are celebrated, unlike other schools.

Dislikes

•Most fans just rotate, don't give air @ all. •There are nails protruding out of many tables & chairs, which tear our shirts & trousers. •Some students' toilets stink from a long way off too. •There aren't any curtains, so there is lot of sunlight in class rooms. • None of these problems are taken care of by the management, inspite of repeated complaints. •There aren't any water coolers or glasses for teachers. • There aren't any staff rooms either, so teachers have to carry their bottles to every class. • MANY thefts happen on a daily basis; teachers' mobiles, atms, purses, money (up to 5000/- as well) are stolen & the management yet doesn't provide any locks in teachers' drawers. • The principal orders teachers to stay back on various occasions for many long hours ( once we stayed back for an hour each day for one year )without any over time payment. • Ryan works with half the no. of teachers, as compared to any other school, therefore there is immense discipline issue....Read More
