Not very ideal at the city I work in. Needs a lot of improvement both from the management side & the staff side (teammates)

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & management doesn't address our issues, neither is there any sort of encouragement given for the work done. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Bombarded with unnecessary work & mental stress.

They have provided with full salary when other schools were doing deduction

Dislikes

Transport facility for employees must be there. Management is poor. 11th hour decision making culture has always troubled a lot. Teachers are always over burden.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
