This school doesn't provide any job security. They will terminate any teacher whenever they want. They terminated many teachers in between the COVID-19 lockdown period. Because of the management attitude many teachers had resigned from the school. In the middle of the academic year also they are Terminating teachers. They are holding the salary of teachers saying that there are few students who did not give the school fees yet. And the management had decided that, only if they pay the school fees, teachers will get the salary. They will not make any teachers permanent there, so that they don't need to give extra allowance of that. Seriously speaking in the last 6 years there is not a single thing that I found to dislike. Ryan organization is a treasure of knowledge for people who are eager to learn, grow, shape their careers at the best level.

Its a great place to learn various aspects of schooling bt provides little opportunity to use that learning. Teammates are co operative n helpful. Gives lot of scope to personality development bt again no appreciation. Welcomes innovative ideas n way ahead of others in the industry . Overall an good place to get ones skills n talents developed.
