Rutuja Creation is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high-quality service and has global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Germany. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a Indian Client is Indian Government and they have project for Germany about the Gujarat represent in exhibition, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Rutuja Creation has given me compensation with slow growth. Normally there is a lot of work and we have to work 10 to 18 hours all day long. We also sometimes suffer with tiredness due to client calls in the evening and sometimes late night too. I do receive appreciation emails from myclient, but the mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals....Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire service manage day-to-day yield operations. As long as i get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.
