I get to learn a lot, even at this post the sense of confidence they gave me, i have became more mature and sensible in decision making. It surely was the best to start as mechanical engineer for the carrier in erection and commissioning.

Dislikes

Little less job security, you never know the moment you do some mistake you might get terminated, obviously with company policies to be taken under respect. They never go against their policies.

Work Details

-foundation bolt checking -alignment of machineries, bolts and other parts -Daily reports and MOM preparation -Fabrication and Erection -Manpower management (using them efficiently)
