In this company everyone is politician, and five year old employees they are known only lala chap system and not adopted new system, and they were treated new employees "ye sikhygaa humko kal ka londa " And management decided employees transfer without training and goals to others department and after that he say you are incapable and not a good value asset for company fir bus kaam tamam
