I had a great experience with Rus Education. The company provides ample opportunities and professional development, including training sessions. I learned a lot through various interactions during the seminars and educational fairs that the company organised. It improved my professional as well as personal life.

There are no such dislikes apart from that they have Saturday working

At rus education the management is approachable and supportive always ready to listen to employees' ideas and concerns they are ready to help at any point they support each employee equally there is an open door policy where employees can freely communicate with higher management

No job security, coming to management no one have knowledge how to handle employees. Warrest trainings, Rus education only see how to take money from student and they provide very poor service students.

If i could give -10 for Job security. I would haven't hesitate for the same. Just a Consultancy who is taking money from middle class family and making them fool with the name of MBBS.

Company only thinks about their profit. Not for client satisfaction. Choosing their words very wisely to make clients fool. They didn't even refunded registration amount to the previous clients also. And for employees they didnt even provided PF amount for more than 6 months. Owners have their private Villas & Mansions in different countries like Saudi, Dubai, Singapore etc. but still they are unable to pay monthly salary and PF amount to employees on time....Read More

Salary in cash always They deduct your PF from cash salary...ya it's true..which is very difficult to explain someone while switching job Lunch timing only 30 minutes Management is very poor, don't know when two 'uneducated' ladies fire you No job security Toxic environment Nothing is special to enhance skills
