Rus education made a company policy but the company/ so called management of the company never followed this policy. Many number of hiring and firing. Horrible.. not any single minute spend at that company without any tension.all the time so called management threatened for termination. High level of leg pulling staff to staff. Never believe any of the staff. All the staffs/senior said I don't know what happened to you but they know everything. High rate of politics. At the time of admission the hiring many employees and said we will give you extra incentive. But when admission season left they started firing without any reason. And also recommend by your senior. The company only need man power at the pick time(as per rus education March to October) when pick time over they never want to give any incentive so started firing only few staff whose belong to top position holder they only said that we are with this company since last 10yr/15yr but they all are involved with all the politics. And if you joined any branch office there is a chance to close any branch office without any prior notice and salary....Read More

If i could give -10 for Job security. I would haven't hesitate for the same. Just a Consultancy who is taking money from middle class family and making them fool with the name of MBBS.

Company only thinks about their profit. Not for client satisfaction. Choosing their words very wisely to make clients fool. They didn't even refunded registration amount to the previous clients also. And for employees they didnt even provided PF amount for more than 6 months. Owners have their private Villas & Mansions in different countries like Saudi, Dubai, Singapore etc. but still they are unable to pay monthly salary and PF amount to employees on time....Read More
