Company are unnecessary stress for loan manager Recovery Loan Part release Full release Auction visit Payment recovery Daily bubble call Working hours not fix daily 9-6 timing but daily loan 5-6 assigned and 1 hour loan complete then now vault.vault distance almost 25-30km

There is not a single thing to like about the company. Worse company to join as a fresher. The senior managers and HR doesn't help you at all. They didn't even pick up the call

I have left my good job when rupeek told me that they are going to open office in my city and HR told me join as early as possible. I joined the company and did not completed my notice period and paid for the same by myself in my current organization. And then they told me to go to pune for field training..then whenever I asked my manager about my city launch he use to tell me that he did not know anything. I have reached to zonal manager also but he also didn't know anything. And finally after 3 month of i working in another city with all my expenses, one mail come one day and tells me city operations has been cancelled and i have to relocate to other state or i have to put resignation 😔VERY unprofessional company 💔 THEY SPOILED MY CAREER...Read More
