The management was too poor, at the time of job interview I was told there will be an appraisal in 6 months and my discussion was also don't for the appraisal but at the end it was said that the employees who completed 1year will be provided appraisal. And the team leaders were unprofessional and mentally harassed me, and that was the reason that I put my immediate resignation. But the HR dident even considered my situation and it's been more than 3months that I haven't received my employment cancellation till the date instead he insisted me to work under the same team leader to complete my notice period. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
