In my department all are cooperative,Job responsibilities are manageable, Company rules, regulation & culture are employee friendly.

Plant inside & outside environment is extremely polluted. Don't have any market nere the plant if you want to bay daily use product then you have to go 7km from plant and these are high price and don't have nere any school or college and medical.
