Soft spoken management, easy working hours, holidays on all festivals, less work pressure, respect for females, free transport

No job security , the elder one hires very easily, has no sense of choosing right people for the right job, totally confused man , has no interest in performance ,cribbing for only the outer softer appearance among each other. Running business in loss and because of that not paying good salaries to existing staff neither able to retain the new employees, has no business plan totally ruined the whole atmosphere of Raipur the worst part listens and follows the feedback given by his looser old peers who rather then concentrating on there performance and more interested back biting about others.
