The boss is one big LALLU . Just being rich doesn’t mean you are smart, you need to run the company. The problem with him is he thinks people who run after him are all intelligent rest are all fools! That is why all hardworking people leave the office and all idiots are still working for this Lallu No 1 . Learn to respect your employees instead of meddling in their private life.
