Early interaction during the 2018-2020 period with Management was good and motivating.

Dislikes

Very small organization and no possible growth in individual functions. Only 1-2 person in each function. SAP is not there and the ERP used is Microsoft Business central which is very basic. Work expectations is very high and it is expected to always be working even on Sundays and on leave. The variable part increases each year by 5% and almost 50-70% portion is not given.
