Dislikes

There is management is not good. They are work on only company rule. Company have not transport facility. Worker is not happy this issues.

Working with RUJ elecon was a good decision as the team members are very supportive and the management system is also good . Working environment is good. Company s policies are really good that they give good stiphend to intern and give even during this pendemic COVID-19 AND LOCKDOWN.

As i was intern there i was working under engineers and it taught a lit to me. Job is quite interesting as in starting i struggled a lit bit but after getting the training it was so easy . I got a chance to participate in World skills through company.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
