I very much enjoying my trainee and provision period , always get all Rudra team full support that's why I able to learn basic things perfectly.

The company is sheet metal Manfacturing. Manfacturing supporting the steering job on various tractors part. New development part under on me. To some technical and drawing issue face me.

Dislikes

This company to working time high. Increment on this company not basis on time and experience. Company growth is low.

I really happy to work in Rudra industries because here no one person who take any responsibility .in that atmosphere i was joined as a quality engineer .so daily i faced new and challenging problem related to quality and i really enjoy that atmosphere
