Regular changes in HR policies. Behaviour with eemployees is poor . Mobile phones are not allowed even of engineers. Work Life is not balanced. No SOP for promotion. Can't say about Administration level job but in plant Operation jobs canteen is messy ...no festival celebration in plants. Incompetent peoples in senior levels. Expiry settlement process is also very lengthy and not even a single expiry stock is settled fully in last 3 to 4 years.
