Company is good for beginners you can learn lots of things here it's an under developing company which evading lots of challenges in this you can have opportunities to see and learn many things.

However the traditional work culture of old employees is a drawback they don't want to learn or adopt new techniques and methods of work which can faster their work 4 to 10 times. Second is old employees in the company are very rude I you ask anyone them to do work 1% extra for their betterment they'll start barking.
