Owner plays 1. Politics, 2. Tells the employees they are fool and doesn't have skills, knowledge and experience and they don't have brain. 3. No incentives after bringing business 4. He says this is not your business. 5. He disrespects everyone no matter how hard that employee worked for him. 6. He frequently uses lots of mother sister language .ie. abusive language in front of girls too. 7. He never pay the salary to the employee of the month an employee leaves his company and take it in written that he has already paid in lieu of experience cum relieving letter. 8. He gives his negative feedback for the employee who left his company to the company which his past employee just joined. 9. He is a 75 years old man but doesn't know how to speak and behave with the people. 10. After leaving his company, nobody can join his competitor's. This thing he mentions in the appointment letter.
