an associate technical leader

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

My colleagues were brilliant and so friendly, we worked as a team. I learned so many things from rubamin. It's have High quality products, good staff, salary package and also global client base company.

Dislikes

Pollution and noise was so much in the surroundings , low staff in women, Canteen facilities were poor. Some of managers do not value individuals unique strengths and smartwork.
