Working at Rubamin presents a structure environment where policies are applied selectively, leading to inconsistencies. Rules may change for certain individuals, and even obtaining simple documents can be a challenging task. favoritism is also noticeable within the organization.

5 days work should be applicable as Rubamin is going to be a large organization. Extra activities should be adopted to show talent of employees. Not satisfied with the work profile.
