I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The compensation offered is slightly above average however apart from that there is not a single good thing about this company. They will not even provide ID cards to enter their WeWork office premises but will expect you to be seated at your assigned table as though you are a 6th grader in a strict convent. The ID cards and final say in all matters are reserved for the Marathi speaking old guard of this organisation. Its a restrictive and unsupportive place to work...Read More
