Hybrid working. Some departments and projects are ok.

Dislikes

There are people in devops teams doing outdated job and thinking they are rocket scientist. They have less work and still pretend lots of work is going on and fooling onsite management. There are people who are seating there as reporting managers and making money by just doing nothing.
