I don't know the upper management cannot aware the situation of the employees. there are very politics like politicians are working. just spoil your carrier and life there. if anybody has selected and join the RSPL group so please make sure they cannot spend more than one year otherwise

Dislikes

upper management can't supportive and heads are like a politicians. so please let know all the things before joining. I was working there approx 7 years and salary regarding HR is too fake and they make the fool.

There are some policies about time punctuation. Like you have to be there exact 10am otherwise it will count half time and so on. Study compensation is not given by company.

In plant level condition is very critical, every plant head treat badly with everyone, which is very bad things. They should treat with everyone politely and as per HR policy not personally.
