Good Work Office incharge skills development training center and CSR , SHG cradit linkage, health, agriculture livelihood etc.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting.I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

all is well. but i want another extra. the Rseti is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology.

Dislikes

compensation is decent , but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
