It's not good salary is not good . Your opinion does not work .all the time you are being watched like as if you have entered in big boss house.. taking leave is toughest part you get called and answer each time u take leave informt of principal .

nothing is good about rps this school do not give any preference to other than science and maths teachers.

The policies, jb security, culture and most importantly the management considers its staff the cheap labour where 50 per cent salary has been given from April. They know teachers can't leave because of nasty financial conditions so they are working in the poor conditions as well. They make their stff work like donkeys and no compensation has ever been given despite calling on sundays.

Dislikes

The management never listens to staff and call it cheap maids available at a low price. There is an extreme lack of professionalism and salaries are given the least.

Life was fine and had the opportunity to explore and work at its own. Rest one can grow independently but a time comes when frustration is collected because of a lot of disadvantages

The worst place on the Earth to work . The management along with the present Principal is a disaster. Don't be taken away by the infrastructure.

The work ethics are below standard. The teachers and the Principal can degrade themselves to any extent for results.

There was no training session to make aware of the regulations of the school. Unplanned decisions rule the place. Even the children don't have time for recreation
