Teammates are supportive , chill zone is available for rest, management is good like not so good not soo bad . Help is offered when asked for. Understanding is there with management for issues.

Salary is not decent and no growth, work becomes hectic sometimes many things comes at last minute where we work more then our working hours , poltics is there but somewhere somehow it's handle and taken care of , no safe space for employees, no rise of an appraisal, sometimes there is politics that goes on between seniors and juniors. Management doesn't adress our issue's. Workload is more. There should be no differentiation amongst juniors and seniors as everyone have experience and knowledge more or less, hardwork should pay off but it doesn't in some way. Sometimes some people become bias as well. Work is based on knowledge and experience and pay scale is not good. There should be a rule after working hours no work should be done as we also have our personal life and personal space. Our safe space is not taken care of. Lots of issues goes on but can't share or disclose Becoz of loosing job....Read More

At office is good but working form home becomes hectic as if there is no personal life. Lots of work pressure and work load is given , in start I struggled alot but later managed to handled everything properly.

The employees are very mean they just want their fame and Asma , Sayeda, Afroz Artimizia ,Siddhi , Reshma the old lady to name a few never ever work with them they are two sided people they have been very harsh and did not even help me in time of pandemic as my parents were suffering from health issue they did not cooperate mean people just took advantage so better be aware and they dont care for employees what would they care for students and their future just making money there is a lot of politics career growth is slow...Read More
