work culture gaps, no compensation philosophy , no HR philosophy , no training concept, politics are very high, owner oriented , less process oriented, situation oriented , hence it is a challenge and requires lot of patience and flexibility

being in construction company, i gain a lot in terms of variety of behaviours across country , variety of bosses, lot of positive & negative politics ,team dynamics, culture dynamics, overall it is good self & job satisfaction. again it depends on person
