overall company is very Good for employee ,agents and customers . Management team,higher authority .Company Claim team ,product range. Company culture is very familiars.

over all is very good but personally i missing Sales Incentive for Sales Force in Royal Sundaram. if company plan some monthly /yearly incentive or bonus.

Many things my manager and regional manager ever support also zonal manager, that time I was in emergency but the ask to resign me, even the not confirmed me. They support another guy instead of me but he automatically resign in some days 😅

Royal Sundaram moto is excellent. Work life and personal life will be awesome.

Dislikes

In this company max employees are above 8-10years worked with Royal Sundaram but max these employees are very dangerous they wont encourage new talents and freshers. They will keep so much stress on Freshers. Managers are waste in Royal Sundaram.
