In this company max employees are above 8-10years worked with Royal Sundaram but max these employees are very dangerous they wont encourage new talents and freshers. They will keep so much stress on Freshers. Managers are waste in Royal Sundaram.

Every where it's common point of internal politics, I am facing here the same, coming to salary it's depends our safety and satisfaction, in this company there was no scope to raise the voice against some internal things, which need to be more important to correct guidance, Grade promotions coming very late even we have achieved our annual targets in the positive growth situation .
