I have worst experience in my life with this company and I was work only 1 year with this company and I lost my mental satisfaction. if you have the quality of doing politics and buttering of their seniors then this company is suitable for these people. hardworking and honest people can not survive, specially in North region.when your seniors feel that they are in a trouble they can fire your for their safety. there is no value for your post also. No option to give nil stars otherwise I will give the same. Such an harrashing Environment with nonsense seniors. No job security even they didn't pay your salary after resign. Poor HR department nobody hear your problems, only pressure building. My suggestion not to join company like this. It will make your life hell.

Salary and oter benifit is good but growth us slow. Pressure is very high.only few people have decision maker no discussion about market trend startegy etc service level in middle and upper level is not per expectations. Performance get unnoticed while getting appraisal

overall company is very Good for employee ,agents and customers . Management team,higher authority .Company Claim team ,product range. Company culture is very familiars.

over all is very good but personally i missing Sales Incentive for Sales Force in Royal Sundaram. if company plan some monthly /yearly incentive or bonus.
