The Company is very focused on keeping & retaining their employees and anyone can maintain a very good work-life balance. Good presence in eastern part of India with good claim settlement ratio

List of things I strongly opposed in Royal Sundaram:- 1. Dictatorship (You have to work according to whims and fancies of higher management or else you will be under trouble), no explanation ever expect for any unnecessary changes. 2. No freedom of speech 3. Your senior group will take all your work credit. 4. Very poor maintained branch office. 5. No Infra support for any internal customer
