Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Its good and depending on the project you appointed.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is one month notice period for registration. Employments are for project basis. No new joinees are appointed in the projects sites.

There are the shifting works in a project. 3 shifts in round the clock. Work time 8:00 hours

Assistant Resident Engineer (Civil) mr.mahindra kissan borkar harrassing and torchering a site level engineer's like shouting bad words and insulting infront of clients and giving multiple works at same and same has to be finish within one hour (actual time taken for complete 2 days). About this higher management not at all listening.

Unfortunately Project level management team ( Not the Team leaders who worked in each Project)did the Partiality in all respect for those who didn't compromise/ join the hands/ involved with him / not encourage him to do some illegal activities which are not mentioned in our Business index.
