JMC management changed after taking over by kalpatarugroup power transmission and they following dislike observed from 2014 to 2022 in Kalpataru management, 1. No trust on employee and believe on machines and automatic procedure and reducing employee cost. Hence no job security. 2. Holding salary after submission of resignation letter and starting deducting earlier losses occurred from employee. 3. Lot of politics in the management by involving kalpataru management and decision making is slow and huge confusion. 4. Teaching employee in illegal kind of claims to get money from insurance company by preparing false documents under CAR insurance policy. 5.Listening phone calls from bottom to top employee which all employee in afraid of talking over the phone. Engaging third party to follow up employee movement and no privacy in the job. 6. Planning (PMG) department is overburdened with all the work without any extra benifits, maybe that's why attrition rate is very high. Not good work culture. Good exposure but at a very fast pace, so employees with get mad and high stress job specially for PMG dept. No non veg food allowed in site or office. No recreational activities for employees. Employees are asked to work even on sundays unofficially. No structure.. meetings are scheduled whenever the management feels, even after work hours , and will ask to submit the datas by EOD. Does not value employees time.
