1. Annual increment is very low and there is no transperancy in annual performance review. Typically in between 2-5% of CTC. 2. Working Hours for Hazira Site is comparatively higher . I.e. 9 hrs and only alternate Saturday is off. 3. Transportation services (Busses) provided by company is Non-Ac and Mostly dirty (No regular washing). Even the traffic in Hazira during office is very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position.
