Some of my teammates when I joined were friendly to me. At the time of joining my seniors were helpful towards me. Salary is given to us at the given time without any hesitation

The career growth is looking way distant since I am returning around 8:30pm not getting sufficient time to study. The work environment now has gone little out of track. Salary now is not given at the stipulated date.
