I've already left my training to pursue higher studies well before the covid scenario. So I'm no one to tell how the company is supporting its staffs in this condition.

Dislikes

The company doesn't take measures to ensure customer satisfaction in their products. Though widely popular the company does not take any steps to address the issues the present models have in common. Also they try to maximise the production and all the damaged parts would be assembled on their motorcycle.

The staff that I got to work with are well educated experienced and calm . So I was free to ask them doubts and clear them . They were only strict in the fact that if you do only little complete the little that you do in a way that you are knowing 100 percent of what you do

Dislikes

The environment condition in that area is very poor . Also to work well you need good food but the food that they provide there is below average.
