The top management give fare chance to grow in the organisation,but zonal lead not communicated to the team. Give chance to those people who says Yes boss..

Job security zero in the company, zone said in every meeting,thay terminate us in front of the team. In the joining time zonal lead tell we handle 20 counter and after joining we handle more than 50 counter and most importantly we have not such authority.
