I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Overall It's a good organization

India Management is very poor. They always force every service engineer to stay at site almost 30 days in a month. No growth. Someone is working for 6-7 years as a service engineer.They don't even promote them to senior service engineer. As per company rules, an employee performance bonus is based on January to December performance and it will be credited to account on 31st March but if someone is going to resign on March, they will not give you the last year performance bonus. And lots of problems are there in service dept. Company policy is there but managers have their own policy and they implemented it to the engineers....Read More
