Team mates are very accommodating, Vertical growth is slow, Leader in the industry, Salary and appraisal is decent, strong Work-life balance

No major disliking except vertical growth is almost non-existence

If employee want to stay for life in one organization without any growth, Rotary is very good. But if you are passionate to work then think twice.

Dislikes

Professional growth is not present in rotary. Internal politics is there. Only selective people get good financial and professional growth.

The work is really good and since you are working for a good cause it keeps u self motivated

Dislikes

The mid management and the upper management are very bias they only support the old employees and don't hear to the new employees issues. The Support Center in Pune use most of their time in outings and personal shopping during office hours. Lot of politics specifically in this team. Overall they exhibit BPO mentality. Growth is very slow.

The job was really nice I loved helping Rotarians on a daily basis.
