Zero Job security - are fired within a year (why do they hire they have no idea). No understanding of business. Employees are taken for granted. Everything is urgent. Poor People Management. So many employees were asked to leave on the same day without any reason. For e.g HR Manager was informed at 12.30 pm about her last day today & she left office by 4.30 pm. She was shocked to hear this from HR Head. AGM Marketing was informed at 4 pm about his last day & left office by 5.30 pm. There are so many such incidences....Read More
