Till 2021 this company was surrounded by very poor mentally and mindset. Very very poor leadership at management level and at plant management level as well. Can you believe that former manpower contractor are working as HR, safety and admin. You can imagine that what kind of culture these kind of people will maintain in the organisation. People has lost the athics associated with this organisation brand value. Very very poor appraisal (Less than inflation) + They will deduct your bonus as well which is totally yours and HR will show it as saving.
